Description of Webinar

Becoming more masterful as a coach is about deepening our radical presence to what is unfolding as we work with clients. This requires a shift to see coaching as a process of structured emergence rather than a set of steps we guide clients through. It is an invitation to stand with them at the doorstep, the threshold, of the unknown as they embark on their journey of discovery and development.

What you will learn:

The session will offer you strategies for freeing yourself so that you can do the same for your clients. You will how learn how to get unstuck by releasing what is holding you back and decluttering your approach — so you can use that energy to make changes in your life or practice that are important to you. Where are you stuck? What is holding you back? What would become possible for you and for your clients if you could transform these stories?
