Description of Course

December already?!

We invite you on an adventure.

This adventure starts at a familiar place: Reflecting on the year that is ending and looking ahead to the year that is starting.

Though, this time the “how” of this adventure is very different . . .

We will be using the creative tools of Liberating Structures to:

1. Help you gain a different perspective on how you see your challenges and accomplishments.

2. Leverage the community’s strength, wisdom, and support as you move forward into 2020.

3. Connect with and support others on their way.

4. Use all your senses to blend ambiguity, fun, and action

Join us in December for a messy & dynamic gathering.

About Osnat and Lori

Osnat Lustig focuses on helping urban ‘Boomers’ professionals with the non-financial aspects of their transition to post-career life. She uses coaching as a resource to help them design their own purposeful living beyond midlife.   She is a Liberating Structures enthusiast and loves creating opportunities for using it in both professional and personal settings.

Her professional training include: InviteChange (CPC), ICF-ACC, Immunity To Change®, Certified Professional Retirement Coach (CPRC), PACT™ Polarity Approach to Continuity & Transformation, MBTI® Steps I&II, Gerontology (UW), Organizational Dynamics (Antioch U), MS in Engineering (RIT), and BA in Design (Bezalel). Before moving to Seattle in 2014, she lived and worked for many years in New York City & Paris.  Contact Osnat at connect@osnatlustig.com

Lori VanderBilt MS ACC, is a Leadership and Transitions Coach who draws on the wisdom of the body, mind, and spirit in her work. She brings the experience and observation of many years as a Marriage and Family Therapist into her coaching practice.

Lori coaches leaders in many different kinds of organizations to get traction on what's most important to them. With neuroscientist Dr. Dan Siegel, she believes that all humans need to explore uncertainty in an atmosphere of safety, so that they can play with and explore options. She incorporates this into her coaching practice, inviting clients to test and learn as they explore new territory. With groups and teams, she enjoys incorporating the creativity of Liberating Structures to help uncover new possibilities.
