Description of Webinar

As coaches, our ability to be fully present and conscious with our clients is key to a successful relationship. It’s important to intentionally improve these skills and identify the bad habits that erode them. This ninety-minute, highly interactive webinar will equip coaches with the Relational Presence methodology. This proven process allows coaches to heighten trust and intimacy, enrich their coaching presence, deepen active listening, and fine tune their direct communication with their clients.

For more on Relational Presence and coaching, see: https://coachfederation.org/blog/a-way-to-be

Be prepared! This is a high participation webinar where attendees have the opportunity to practice the skills in live sessions. Bring your “camera look” and come ready to interact with the other participants via webcam.

What you will learn:

Key take ways:

1. Discover where you are most present and where you can improve.

2. Establishing trust, and knowing what trust is. How do you know when you have it?

3. How do you know you have presence? Learn to stay open, confident, and flexible.

4. How do you stay focused on your client? Learn to listen for meaning, and how to hold back from your own interpretations of what's being said.

5.Learn how relational presence affects all of the coaching competencies, and gain 3 key skills to use for success with every coaching encounter.

About Tina and Pam

Facilitators Tina Mertel and Pam Noda are PCC-level coaches and are certified in Relational Presence (also known as Speaking Circles®) Training. Experience has taught them that being in Relational Presence with clients is the ground of coaching wisdom. From there emerges a coach’s sense of what to say when and which skills/tools to apply. From there emerges a client’s inner knowing and call to action. This combination is what yields inspired coaching from the coach and inspired results for the client.

Please retain your confirmation email. It will have the Zoom Access on it.  Real time assistance will not be available prior to the webinar.
