Susan will be talking about
“Powerful Questioning through Fierce Conversations”. Powerful questioning is at the heart of being a great coach. Susan Scott’s interactive session will introduce a highly effective, question-based coaching conversation model. This powerful, deep dive conversation can be used in a variety of settings to surface and address issues, increase clarity, improve accountability, and provide impetus for action. Participants will identify their own issue, learn the 7-step coaching model, and practice the model during the session.

Note about the venue:
The REI meeting room is not available in September. We concluded having the meeting is more important than waiting for the room at REI, so we opted to change the location to Mercer Island Community Center for the September meeting only. PSCA will resume meeting at Seattle REI in Oct, and REI will continue to be our meeting venue for the rest of the year.
