As coaches, we are called upon to support our clients at the highest level of competency, both theirs AND ours. The trend in the last two years is that individuals, executives, and organizations are called upon to do more, with less.
Bob Dunham is a master at the language of leadership. In this highly-interactive presentation, he emphasizes the key areas of communication that generate effective actions and results. This methodology is derived from his Coaching Excellence in Organizations program, as well as his recent book, The Innovator’s Way.

Bob has been described as an innovator in business coaching, communications, and care. His passion is aligning coaches and leaders with what they care about most, and designing actions with “care” as the center.

The language of leadership offers coaches a finite and manageable set of distinctions that, if practiced, will enable them to empower clients to achieve extraordinary results even in the most challenging organizational environments.

Participants will be able to:

  • Listen and identify missing elements of effective communication
  • Practice and apply the art of asking powerful questions
  • Apply the anatomy of action
  • Seize opportunities for value creation, and making irresistible offers
  • Observe and listen for commitments within an organization
  • Manage commitments, breakdowns, and satisfaction with their clients and their teams and organizations
  • Structure a streamline meetings that people WANT to attend
  • Help clients manage capacity and overwhelm

Doors open at 5:00 PM with networking until 6:00 PM. Program begins at 6:00 PM and ends at 8:30 PM.
