Transformative conversations emerge based on the coach’s skill and capacity to be present with both “what is” and “what wants to happen”.  As the coach hones those skills, they build conscious discernment around connecting to what serves their client most fully.  The Conscious Connection process provides a tool to clearly and intentionally choose what we are connecting to, as well as what we are disconnecting from, so that we can be fully present for our client’s agenda.

Experience how to let go of everything in the world except the client in front of you right now so that you can be fully present and support their growth.

Through this process you have the opportunity to:
  • Deepen internal clarity and listening through conscious disconnection
  • Build capacity for more conscious connections that feed vital conversations and deepen awareness
  • Personal practice to sustaining your focus, grounding, and courage when the “what is” could take your breath away

ICF CCEs available for attending this event. Be sure to register online and check in at the event in order to receive them.

About Our Speaker

Rachel Dexheimer, B.A., ACC

is a powerful and dynamic coach who spent 18 years thriving in the cultural and technical complexities of Fortune 500 companies including Lucent, Avaya, Convergys, United Parcel Service, and McCaw Cellular.

These skills provide her clients with the presence and clarity they need to lead with integrity, honor, and measurable results.
