This session will describe how you can evaluate coaching using the ROI Methodology. You will also be presented a case study describing the application of the ROI Methodology.

About Our Speaker

Lisa Ann Edwards, M.S., ACC

Lisa is an educator, author and consultant on coaching effectiveness and the ROI of coaching; and CEO of Bloom Coaching Institute.

In her role as Sr. Director of Talent Management for Corbis, a Bill Gates owned global media company, Edwards ran the leadership development program and has coached C-level, Vice-President and Director-level employees.
