About Karen Steckler, PCC, GWP, Certified Mentor Coach, & Credential ProSci Practitioner

I’ve been an ICF Certified Coach for 13 years. I specialize working in organizations helping leaders at all levels navigate through the complexity of change. I bring an integrated approach to coaching that is grounded in the Generative Coaching, Neuroscience, and Organizational Systems & Team Coaching, all of which rest on the foundation of the ICF Core Competencies.

I had the privilege of serving on the Washington State ICF board and as the Chapter President. Without a doubt, a common theme we experience as coaches is lifelong learning. I am thrilled that we have this opportunity to explore the changes to the ICF Core Competencies together!
