ICF WA is offering free CCEU’s for this event. In order to qualify for CCEU’s you will need to attend the entire meeting. We will be giving a code word at the beginning and another at the end. After the meeting there will be a short survey to fill out that will include the two code words. This will be our verification of attendance. If you are not interested in CCEU’s you do not need to take this extra step, just come and enjoy.

Description of Course

Mastering The Art Of Relationship Selling is an interactive presentation where participants will learn key skills that they can immediately implement into their conversations with prospects and clients utilizing the principles in Nikki’s book The Selling Staircase. Learn how to create rapport, communicate, sell, and grow your business in a “coach like” and authentic way.

What you will learn:

  • The difference between a sales funnel and the selling staircase and why you need to understand the structure of the staircase to close more sales
  • 5 Step approach to sales conversations that lead to exchanging dollars for revenue
  • Language/script suggestions on how to move a client through each step
  • Attendees will walk away much more prepared for each and every sales conversation
