About the Roundtable guests:
Anu Arora, PCC
Anu is the founder of Infinite Potential Leadership. She is an experienced technology leader, trainer, author, leadership and executive coach. Anu thrives in complex environments that require people to look beyond the ordinary. Her clients as a result, open to the infinite to realize their multidimensional potential. Prior to becoming a coach, Anu held software engineering and aeronautical engineering leadership roles in public sector and high-growth companies. During the last 10 years, she has trained and coached thousands of individuals towards leading, healthy, happy, productive and aligned lives. She is also the current President of ICF WA State Chapter.
Michael Bianco-Splann, MA

His recently rereleased book, entitled, Conscious Leadership: 7 Principles That WILL Change Your Business and Change Your Life, is the culmination of leadership experience offered as a wake-up call for leaders and organizations ready to gain consciousness.
Adam Gierlach, ACC
Adam believes that leadership is the creative process of developing goodness in ourselves and others.
