In order to qualify for CCEU’s you will need to attend the entire meeting. We will be giving a code word at the beginning and another at the end. After the meeting there will be a short survey to fill out that will include the two code words. This will be our verification of attendance. If you are not interested in CCEU’s you do not need to take this extra step, just come and enjoy.

Description of Course

In this session Christine will share how to take a coach’s approach to help organizations and people to address the truth about sexual discrimination and violence with honesty and grace. Whatever your level of personal experience with these topics, Christine will share powerful tools to coach both organizational and individuals clients to increase conversation, forgiveness, action and resilience, empowering them to move toward healing, restoration, and lasting change.


What you will learn:

1.       Clarity about when to refer to professional therapeutic or legal help.

2.       Coaching strategies and tools to coach individuals who have #metoo stories to help them create a vision and strategies to move forward in their lives.

3.       Coaching tools for organizations which have ongoing issues with gender based discrimination including sexual harassment.

4.       Resources to learn more about the issues and how to engage to further personal, organizational, and societal change.
