Description of Webinar

Embedded leadership coaching is growing in popularity as organizations discover the value of having a coach 'embedded' with their leadership teams or project teams. Having a coach onsite during the work day enables the coach to observe both individuals and the dynamics of an organization in real-time. One to one coaching, as well as group and team coaching, can be customized to fit the needs of the organization through collaboration between the organization's leadership and the coach. In this virtual round-table discussion, hear from three experienced embedded coaches who explore:

  • What is embedded coaching
  • The benefits of embedded coaching
  • Who is embedded coaching for
  • Potential pitfalls of embedded coaching to avoid
