Our meeting includes a presentation and discussion with special guest Dr. Catherine Hajnal from Vancouver BC. Catherine comes to us amidst a profound and far-reaching transformation in her own life; it is sure to be a provocative session. But don't just take my word for it - judge for yourself from Catherine's own words:
"I was a tenured business school university professor. Outwardly successful. Inwardly unhappy. I lived with chronic back pain. As I became more and more unhappy, my pain became louder and louder. Eventually that pain forced me to stop and take stock. I quit without knowing what would come next.
"I have since discovered what I was meant to do - be a teacher. & Ironically I already was a teacher, I just needed to be a different kind of teacher with a different set of topics and I needed to discover some things about myself first.
"What I teach now is life. Sometimes that means talking about death to figure out how to live. In our time together we’ll explore some of our beliefs around death and how those beliefs may or may not be inhibiting us from fully showing up in the today of our life."
Intrigued? Then join us Jan 16th!
