Description of Course

It's a given that life is difficult. But 2020? Whew! We don't want to make the bad feel worse by overfocusing on it, but we need to address the losses so we have more room for the joy that is also life.

Sondra will share how to find lessons from grief and sadness (whether from losses with loved ones, situations, and identities). We will explore how to integrate the changes of the past 6 months, so you can get more balanced in yourself, your business, and your heart.

About Sondra

As a personal and sleep coach, Sondra guides people who feel depleted and empty to connect with their authentic selves, creating a fuller life of kindness and purpose. Her work includes the Restful Insomnia program which helps people exhausted from sleep issues and stress get the rest they need and heal what's underneath. She coaches clients to strengthen their relationship with body, mind, emotions, bigger picture, and more. Sondra uses disciplines such as somatic healing, energy awareness, paradox management, spiritual dimensions of the Enneagram, and hypnosis. She trained at CTI (Coaches/ Co-active Training Institute), and is the author of four books on sleep, brain function, and energy. Sondra has presented at Microsoft, Group Health, and Seattle Counselors’ Association, and appeared on many podcasts.
