Description of Webinar

The psychological capital construct consists of psychological resources of hope, efficacy, resilience and optimism. Psychological capital has a positive impact on people’s attitudes, behaviors and performance. In these difficult times understanding Psychological Capital and how to enhance is very much needed.

The webinar consists of a brief discussion of psychological capital and how understanding it may help coaches in their engagements with their clients. The session will include the latest research findings on the impact of psychological capital. It will also include some sample coaching questions around this concept and some tools for measuring psychological capital. The session gives coaches tips how to raise their own Psychological Capital and ideas for helping their clients.


About Dr. Badri Bajaj

Dr. Badri Bajaj is a keen researcher, a passionate teacher/trainer, and a coach. He has many publications in peer reviewed journals. Dr. Bajaj received “The 100 Best Global Coaching Leaders Award” from CHRO Asia and World HRD Congress in Februalry 2017. He primarily works in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Mindfulness, Well-being, and Coaching. He is an Associate Editor with Frontiers in Psychology journal.

His research is used in a Coursera MOOC. Currently, he is serving as President on the Board of International Coach Federation (ICF) Delhi-NCR, India Chapter for the 2019-2021 term.

He has also served on the Board of ICF Delhi-NCR Chapter as Director Education & Research for the 2015-2017 term. He has designed and conducted training programs for Corporate, Indian Navy, professional bodies and reputed educational institutions. He has collaborated with experts globally for joint research and publications. He was a part of the university yoga team and also participated in many plays.
