CCEUs 1.5  Core Competencies

Hosted by ICF Washington State

Description of Webinar

This ethics training will provide a deeper understanding of the recent ICF Code of Ethics revisions, the reasons behind these additions, changes to the code and heightened ethical awareness around what changes you might want to make in your coaching business to align more fully with this revised code.

We will be reviewing and discussing the changes and updates to the first half of the code and what they mean to you, your coaching and your business.

In this training we will take a closer look at:

  •    Structural Changes to the Code
  •    Content Changes
  •    New Codes
  •    Brand new - Ethical Interpretive Statements (EIS)

We will examine together a coaching dilemma specific to how a coach might get into ethical hot water due to lack of clarity and appropriate application of the code of ethics.

As part of this training you will receive a handout with the revised code of ethics, which includes highlights of all new sections and additions to code as well as reference back to the prior code of ethics. This will allow you to quickly see what’s new and what’s not.

This training will include discussion as well as time for Q and A at points throughout the training.

Join Tina Elliot, MBA, PCC, BCC & Coaching Ethics Specialist for this ethics training to gain more clarity on what these code revisions mean to you.
