This adventure starts at a familiar place: Reflecting on the year that is ending and looking ahead to the year that is starting.
Though, this time the “how” of this adventure is very different . . .
We will be using the creative tools of Liberating Structures to:
1. Help you gain a different perspective on how you see your challenges and accomplishments. 2. Leverage the community’s strength, wisdom, and support as you move forward into 2021. 3. Connect with and support others on their way. 4. Use all your senses to blend ambiguity, fun, and action

Join us in December for a virtual but no less messy & dynamic gathering.
Osnat Lustig focuses on helping urban ‘Boomers’ professionals with the non-financial aspects of their transition to post-career life. She uses coaching as a resource to help them design their own purposeful living beyond midlife. She is a Liberating Structures enthusiast and loves creating opportunities for using it in both professional and personal settings.
Her professional training include: InviteChange (CPC), ICF-ACC, Immunity To Change®, Certified Professional Retirement Coach (CPRC), PACT™ Polarity Approach to Continuity & Transformation, MBTI® Steps I&II, Gerontology (UW), Organizational Dynamics (Antioch U), MS in Engineering (RIT), and BA in Design (Bezalel).
