Brett Erreca
Senior VP of Operations, Destination Pet

Mr. Erreca has over 12 years of experience in various finance and operating roles, including investment banking, commercial banking, and managing retail operations. Previously, he was a Director in Opus Bank’s Merchant Banking Division, providing investment banking advisory services and direct investments to small and medium sized business. While in the Commercial Banking group, Mr. Erreca originated and managed business loans to companies in an assortment of industries; working on transactions that required multiple financing parties including private equity groups, mezzanine lenders, and other commercial banks.
Colleen Johnston

Colleen is an educator with 15+ years of experience in both Texas and Oregon. As an English teacher, Colleen worked with high school students to develop not only their writing skills, but also to cultivate their love of words and literature. Colleen is currently the Dean of Students at Benson High School. Her goal is to create a culture that supports and engages both students and teachers. This is a particularly unique challenge amidst COVID, as all instruction is being conducted via remote learning. Colleen combines her listening skills, creative problem solving, and a good dose of humor to create an engaging culture at her school.

Gary Tong serves as Vice President of Engineering, Innovation, and Manufacturing for Kwik Lok Corporation and is responsible for program management, design integration, new product development, supply chain, quality, assembly, and compliance.
Starting July 2006, Tong spent the first 8 years of his Boeing career in design engineer in Puget Sound region of Washington, where he held a number of engineering positions. He was acting manager of seats technical center, lead engineer of 747/767/777 passenger seats, project engineer of 747/767/777 passenger seats, and design engineer of 747/767/777 lavatory
Tong earned a masters’ degree in technology management from Columbia University, a masters’ degree in mechanical engineering from University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of California, Berkeley
Tong is married with three children.
