“Expect what you inspect.” When you measure something, it gets more attention and usually improves. Business executives require employees to submit regular reports and reviews, measuring progress toward goals, budgets and other criteria. Inspecting quantitative results improves performance. As coaches we often ask clients to monitor specific actions to gauge progress. Then why don’t we measure our own businesses?
This webinar, led by business coach Deborah Gallant will help you focus on Key Performance Indicators in your coaching practice. There is more to it than looking at your monthly income! Deborah will walk you through some real-life examples so you can start to systematically measure how well your business is doing!
Attendees will be able to:
  • Be better users or clients of bookkeepers using Quickbooks, being able to monitor specific revenue streams, sources of business,etc.
  • Think strategically about what numbers they can derive from the daily and monthly activities of their business.
  • Create their own monthly reports, tallying and tracking numbers that help them understand how their business is doing.
  • Put the monthly report to use to understand the progress of their business.
