What we think we know about sleep and how it keeps us from reaching important goals

Science has shown that lack of sleep negatively affects cognitive abilities and productivity in otherwise highly functioning adults.

Yet, when we think about wellness and self-care, we often think nutrition, physical activity, and stress relief techniques such as mediation, deep breathing, and massage…

Sleep rarely shows up at the top of the list. And when it does, we feel quite powerless about dealing with insomnia and sleep deprivation that can derail even our best intentions.

-- Please download this companion workbook before joining the session --.

In this workshop, we will:

  • Create awareness around the effects that lack of sleep has, not only on our physical and mental health, but also on our ability to grow and thrive.
  • Set intentions for 2021 and define the impact that poor sleep could have on our ability to reach our goals.
  • Identify the knowledge gap that might keep us from feeling empowered toward our own sleep and the sleep of our clients.
  • Learn the 5 key elements to a good night’s sleep.
  • Discover tools and strategies to improve our sleep and help our clients improve theirs.
  • Get extra resources:
    • coaching questions to help our clients create awareness around their own sleep.
    • 100 sleep-killers checklist to help all of us identify why our sleep might be broken.
