Monday, March 8 - 10:30 - 12:30 pm on Zoom.
ICF WA is offering free CCEUs for this event. In order to qualify for CCEU’s you will need to attend the entire meeting. We will be giving a code word at the beginning and another at the end. After the meeting there will be a short survey to fill out that will include the two code words. This will be our verification of attendance. If you are not interested in CCEU’s you do not need to take this extra step, just come and enjoy.

1.0 Core Competency and .5 Resource CCEUs Hosted by ICF Washington State
Description of Course
Very often our clients rely heavily on their conscious mind and thinking when faced with the challenges of their lives. In this session we will begin to develop an awareness of unconscious signals to open the channels of communication with our unconscious and somatic minds. This can help develop a healthy and supportive relationship with our unconscious minds and the vast array or resources available there. Additionally, we will develop an embodied sense of when we are feeling congruent vs times when things just do not feel right.
We will also explore several experiences for connecting to our somatic mind. We will develop a grounded centered state that can then be accessed as an ongoing resource. We will also do a process that can be used with our clients to explore any current challenge while connecting to their center.
Developing these channels of communication and sensory awareness can allow one to move through life with more congruence and assist us in our personal and professional relationships.
