BIPOC Coaches Connect 2: Co-creating Community

Description of Event

The purpose of BIPOC Coaches Connect 2 is to co-create spaces for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) coaches to heal, share knowledge and resources, and amplify each other. Since the first BIPOC Coaches Connect meeting in December 2020, new connections have been forged, new conversations started, and an ICFWA Coaching Equity Working Group is in formation.  

Who should attend? Anyone who identifies as a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) coach. Any BIPOC coach interested in building community and co-creating the ICFWA Coaching Equity Working Group. If you didn’t join the first BIPOC Coaches Connect, we would love to see you this time! 

The format of BIPOC Coaches Connect 2 will be quite open, inviting you to come as you are, connect with each other, and co-create new possibilities. 

This event will be co-facilitated by members of the ICFWA Coaching Equity Working Group.
