ICF WA is offering free CCEUs for this event. In order to qualify for CCEU’s you will need to attend the entire meeting. We will be giving a code word at the beginning and another at the end. After the meeting there will be a short survey to fill out that will include the two code words. This will be our verification of attendance. If you are not interested in CCEU’s you do not need to take this extra step, just come and enjoy.

Description of Course

In this session Karen and Shannon will help coaches learn more about the changes and benefits in the ICF new core competencies, and help you align your own practice to these new standards for coaching.  This is the third of a three-part series.  In this session we will go deep into the Communicating Effectively and Cultivating Learning and Growth competencies.    Through group discussion and experiential learning find out how you can apply these to your own coaching and up level your skills in 2021.

What you will learn:


  • The overview of the changes to the core competencies
  • A deeper understanding of these specific core competencies -communication effectively and cultivating learning and growth and how this may impact how you work with clients
  • How you can create an individual plan to incorporate the new ICF core competency changes into your current coaching practice
