After the meeting there will be a short survey to fill out that will include the two code words. This will be our verification of attendance. Description of Course

What do you rely on most in your coaching?

A coach’s presence is a powerful tool. But what is presence? Is it the ability to be aware of your thoughts, body and emotions? Is it something you do? There are many questions to ask when it comes to ‘Coaching Presence.’

In this session we will explore presence. How your internal world extends into the external and the science behind coherence. Consider how we can use coherence as part of our coaching practice by exploring a holistic look at coaching presence and how to bring this awareness into your coaching practice.

What you will learn:

  •  Learn the science behind coherence.
  •  Explore presence as an extension of themselves.
  • Learn two take away techniques to support building coherence with clients

About Dave

Dave is an accredited Coach with the International Coaches Federation, an Equine Guided Coach and Facilitator, and a Certified HeartMath® Practitioner.  In 2017, Dave left a Senior Leadership position on the brink of burnout to start his Small Pause Coaching practice. Dave uses his expertise, training and practical life experience to support leaders, coaches and parents to become more resilient.

Dave believes wholeheartedly that awareness and presence is the golden key to unlocking a purpose-driven life. With all the distractions that are happening in the world, it is easy to get off-balance and feel detached from yourself. Being willing to explore new ideas in a conversational approach unlocks new potentials and unlimited possibilities.

Currently, Dave calls Steveston, BC, home and lives there with his two school-aged children. Dave spends his spare time kayaking in the Fraser River, walking the expanse of dyke trails Steveston offers, and photographing the amazing West Coast sunsets.
