Coaching Mastery Series on Group & Team Coaching Case Studies

This Special Interest Group will be breakouts of challenging client case study scenarios for Group & Team Coaching.  How coaches Establish and Maintain Agreements if the group is interested in pursuing different topics?  How do coaches Cultivate Trust & Safety within a group that either does not know and/or does not trust each other?  If the clients ask for consulting in their group coaching engagement, how do coaches Maintain Presence?

Group & Team coaching is both similar to and more challenging than 1:1 coaching.  The case studies discussed will allow coaches to brainstorm and strategize what language and actions will support their ability to maintain the coaching agreement and coaching presence during challenging group & team client scenarios.
