Speaker/Facilitator:  Diana Ideus is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and has her Masters in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching.  Diana currently leverages her coaching, management, and leadership development experience supporting leaders in education, tech, finance, and healthcare.  Diana has developed leadership content and group coaching programs in academic and corporate environments.  Her book Listen: Mentor Coaching for Coaches is available at www.hawthorneunion.com.

The Panel

One of Australia's first and most experienced executive coaches, Chip McFarlane has coached internationally, in the US, London, China, Singapore, France, Delhi, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Ethiopia, Malaysia, and Australia across a broad spectrum of industries. Having worked with C-suite, Managing Partners, Board Members, Senior Executives and importantly their teams, Chip believes in the importance of helping a team move beyond high performing to high value-adding for all its stakeholders (including the Earth). He holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential with the ICF. In the domain of coach development, Chip was one of the founders and senior faculty of one of the pre-eminent coach training organisations in the Asia Pacific region, the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

Chip was chosen as one of twelve inaugural international coaches by the globally recognised philanthropic organisation, EthicalCoach. The initiative began providing pro bono coaching to NGO leaders and their teams in Ethiopia, and now beyond that to the world.

Being a shaman enriches Chip’s poetic and symbolic take on life and its greater mysteries.

Dominique Mas is the Founder of Group Coaching HQ and the Head of Coaching and Curriculum at Medley. She also runs her own coaching practice to challenge and support high performers to create their next big thing.

A life-long learner, she is fueled by her extensive career in educational leadership, living and working in Europe, Asia and the U.S. In 2017, she took a leap to transition to the coaching world and combined all the skills she had mastered through her varied experiences. Since then, she has helped build Medley from the ground up and trained coaches in the art of group coaching. Passionate about groups and how they evolve, she has led countless group sessions, offered group coaching demo sessions for the ICF and other organizations, participated in several panels about group coaching and been an advisor to individuals and startups.

Dominique also brings a wide scope of knowledge from her education. She holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education, a Masters’ in Educational Leadership and Change, and she has coaching certifications from the NeuroLeadership Institute and the International Coaching Federation.

She is a surfer and adventurer, and she lives a peaceful life in Brooklyn, NY with her partner, the artist Swissipino and Professor the awesome dog.

Tijen Genco is a Master Certified (MCC) and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Mindfulness Teacher. Since 1998 Tijen has worked with C-Level senior executives, division heads, and chiefs of staff across wide variety of fortune 100 companies; regional leaders and country managers of non-profit organizations; entrepreneurs, and seasoned coaches globally. She is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified mentored coach, supervising coaches to establish themselves in the coaching profession.

Organizationally, Tijen specializes in Executive Coaching, Executive Well-being Coaching, and Cultural Transformation along with Process Excellence. She provides individual as well as group/team coaching and workshops to corporate clients and private audiences worldwide. Tijen’s engagements as management consultant resulted in multi-million dollars in productivity benefits for fortune 100 companies over the years.

She served at the board of International Coaching Federation (ICF), Philadelphia Chapter, as the VP of Education and Professional Development and she provides Supervisory Coaching at the academic environment.
