ICF WA is offering free CCEUs for this event. In order to qualify for CCEU’s you will need to attend the entire meeting. We will be giving a code word at the beginning and another at the end. After the meeting there will be a short survey to fill out that will include the two code words. This will be our verification of attendance. If you are not interested in CCEU’s you do not need to take this extra step, just come and enjoy.

Description of Course

In this session we will explore team coaching and help you learn how you can transfer your coaching superpowers from one-to-one coaching into coaching teams. Topics and discussion will include: Why Team Coaching? What is the difference between team coaching and other group modalities (training, facilitation, etc.)? How does creating group agreements create psychological safety. Lyne will also introduce and explore the New Team Coaching Competencies and in breakout sessions we will take a deep dive into four of the team coaching competencies – a session you will not want to miss.

What you will learn:


  • Bridge from the ICF Core Competencies to the new Team Coaching Competencies
  • The importance of Group Agreements as foundational to team coaching
  • Field perceiving as key to seeing the group or team as the client
