What are the elements of success in the administrative side of your coaching business?  How can you be sure that you have the right administrative systems in your business in order to be successful as a coach? When hiring employees, assistants, or contractors, what do you need to know to hire the right person?

This tele-seminar session will address these questions and more!  You will walk away with some practical ways to "lead the routine" so that you have more time in your workday for creating products, services, and tools for your clients!

Though few of us got into the coaching business with a “love” for the administrative side of our practice, effective systems, processes, and tools are an essential part of a successful coaching business. This session will address the challenge of paperwork, email overload, and follow-up by providing tools to help with  the “administrivia” side of our business.

You will walk away with:
  • Tools to begin to systemize their administrative functions
  • Practical strategies for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees and contractors
  • Specific actions to help them move their business and team forward with “administrivia!”
