Would you like to know how to influence the decision to implement coaching within your organization? In this session, we will provide the necessary discussion and the analysis tools needed to influence the decision to implement coaching within an organization. Using real case study examples, we'll outline how to assess business and learning needs and program or coaching objectives that link to the business needs. This program is suitable for coaches as well as individuals who manage coaching programs, so that you know how to influence the decision to implement coaching.
During the session you will learn how to:
Plan communication for your audience,
What to communicate, and
How to communicate that.

About Our Speaker
Lisa Ann Edwards, M.S., ACC
Lisa is an educator, author and consultant on coaching effectiveness and the ROI of coaching; and CEO of Bloom Coaching Institute.
In her role as Sr. Director of Talent Management for Corbis, a Bill Gates owned global media company, Edwards ran the leadership development program and has coached C-level, Vice-President and Director-level employees.
