Description of Course

The coronavirus pandemic introduced an unprecedented historic inflection point for women in the workforce. This ranged from the 5 million+ women who stepped back from work during the pandemic, to the 40% of current workers who are actively reconsidering the role of work in their lives. “Back to Business” authors and The Swing Shift co-founders Sarah Duenwald and Nancy McSharry Jensen will give you actionable items to offer your clients’ accountability and facilitate client growth.

They’ll do a deep dive into how best to connect with people, and particularly women in career transition; how to best motivate them as they assess the many changes and options before them; and what activities that will make the biggest impact during this time. For coaches, this also provides some additional external resources to help increase client value with special rates for the Back to Business book and eLearning course; as well as what initial work needs to happen before they start revamping their resumes, LinkedIn and social media profiles.
