An Introduction to Polarity Thinking
with Nina McGuffin Simonds
Much of our and our clients’ energy can get trapped in either/or thinking and attempting to solve problems that are actually unsolvable. This dynamic can be shifted by using polarity thinking, which moves us from problem solving to managing polarities. In this facilitated conversation, Nina will introduce the group to the concept of polarities and bring our awareness to how often we and our clients are thinking and living in polarities. As a group we will identify some of the polarities that exist in our Eastside PSCA group and choose one to work with more deeply. We will also have small group discussions about how we might apply polarity thinking to our work with clients.
