Description of Course

Please join us and meet Christine Debow! Christine will be leading the Eastside Satellite starting in January. For the first part of our meeting, you will have an opportunity to meet Christine and hear about her vision as a leader with an emphasis on diversity, inclusion and developing community connection. There have been some exciting discussions with the ICF WA incoming president Barbara Visser and the Satellite leaders about how to best serve the ICF WA community in our ever-changing world.

There is no question that the past few years have been challenging and unprecedented in many ways. For the second part of our time together Shannon and Ele will create a restorative and renewing session for the last Eastside Satellite meeting of 2021. We will focus on helping you let go of the difficult aspects from the past year(s) and create new intentions for 2022 both personally and professionally. Shannon and Ele will lead you through a Burning Bowl ceremony. This is a powerful ritual to release negativity and help clear out unwanted problems, thoughts, and conditions from our lives and invite in new intentions around what we want to bring into our lives in the future.

Items to have ready for the Burning Bowl ceremony:

  •       Open mind and heart
  •       Paper strips to write on
  •       pencil or pen
  •        Flying Wishing Paper (optional) a magical and fun way to release your thoughts
