Description of Event

The purpose of BIPOC Coaches Connect is to co-create spaces for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) coaches to heal, share knowledge and resources, and amplify each other. As we move forward into 2022, our first BIPOC Coaches connect meeting will consist of development and interactions that will assist in generating business growth for us as BIPOC Coaches. How will this be done? I am glad you ask! We as a collective during this event will be taught resources, tools, and the power of harnessing collaborative resources. Coaches who attend will be able to invest in themselves and each other. We all can rise together by healing ourselves first, healing our peers within the BIPOC Coaches, then our clients (Inner, peer environment, and then our clients.). By focusing on this collaborative systems lens in our BIPOC Coaches community, we can tap into consistent client flow and generational wealth for all who genuinely participate and bring their 100% to the table. If you are looking to heal, be supported, and move forward with your work, then join us on the first steps of this journey on March 24th, 2022.

The format of BIPOC Coaches Connect 5 will be engaging and collaborative. We'll briefly share the progress of the Equity Work Group and strategies for moving forward in 2022. Then we’ll get into some exploration of networking, collaboration, and generating business growth for BIPOC Coaches by harnessing resources within our community. We invite you to come as you are, connect with others.

Who should attend?

Anyone who identifies as a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) coach. Any BIPOC coach interested in building community and co-creating the ICFWA Coaching Equity Working Group. If you were not able to join previous BIPOC Coaches Connect events, it’s not too late to get on board! We would love to see you this time! If you are not a BIPOC coach and are interested in DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) development in coaching, please watch out for future events.

This event will be co-facilitated by Joseph Castro and Anquida Adams, members of the ICFWA BIPOC Coaches Connect.
