Kara is a trainer for Vividly Woman’s Embodied Leadership Program. She works internationally facilitating Women’s Retreats, Life&Body Coaching, and speaking at Leadership Conventions. Kara has studied with Martha Beck, Robert Tennyson Stevens, and Leela Francis, She is a co-creater of the Vividly Women Embodiment Coach Certification Program, where she now trains other coaches to thrive in their own Sacred Livelihood!
