Presenter Justus D'Addario offers us a practical seminar on "Putting Mindfulness to Work", consisting of practices for renewal, resilience, and relaxation you can use throughout the day. The information he provides on mindfulness and relationships in the workplace is effective and relied upon for solutions to difficult situations, with executives and parents alike. Coaches will leave the seminar refreshed and with the tools for peace of mind and success in today's busy world. These tools will enable you to be more present to yourself, to your clients and others in your life, and an understanding of how to help your clients develop this internal capacity as well.
Justus D'Addario is a licensed counselor who has training and experience in many different approaches to healing. He has studied and practiced meditation and tai chi for the last 13 years. Since becoming a mental health counselor he has developed the practices that he uses to stay energized and grounded into tools that are accessible and effective for the people he is helping. For more information see his website,

Attendance is free to all. Consider donating $5 to Mosaic (a non-profit) for use of their space. Ample free street parking available.
