Description of Course

What is a mastermind group?

Imagine having a permanent group of 5-6 people who meet regularly for the purpose of problem-solving, brainstorming, networking, encouraging and motivating each other, and holding each other accountable for taking action to achieve goals.

Now imagine a micro-mastermind group:

This month we'll meet and create a stand-alone micro version of a full-scale mastermind experience. This bite-size experience is cute, fast, and leads to immediate learning! You’ll be receiving and offering perspective, knowledge, experience, and resources to each other. Peer-to-peer support helps with discovering everyday solutions, revealing patterns, and refining prototypes.

Here's how you can make the most of your experience:

Think ahead about 2 professional challenges or goals that are currently relevant for you. Take note of key issues you wish to address.  Topics may include anything you are currently working on: marketing, coaching, technical or technique issues, processes, business, networks, etc.

Ask yourself – “What kind of help do I need so that I can advance my goals and projects more quickly? Where am I stuck and how would a new perspective be useful?”

Prepare to verbally describe your challenge in 2 minutes or less.

Bring these along to the call and prepare for dynamic and rapid round-robin reciprocal peer “consultations”.

What’s amazing about the micro-mastermind experience is that the what you receive is offered generously and without bias, so you can move forward with fresh perspectives, innovative disruptors, and renewed energy.

It’s a clear win-win for us all!
