Melissa Castro



Melissa Castro is an experienced leadership and wellness coach and consultant with more than a decade of experience building and leading teams, adapting organizational systems, and managing executive level programs. Melissa serves as Chief of Staff and Secretary to ICF Washington State. She has supported Members of Congress, one of the world's foremost philanthropic leaders, and has worked in the private, public, and education sectors. Melissa holds a master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, is an iPEC Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, a Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach, and a Fearless Organization (Psychological Safety Index) Certified Practitioner. She is also a Certified Diversity Professional through the Institute for Diversity Certification.


Partnering with organizations and individuals, Melissa energizes leaders to beat burnout, build and lead inclusive, high performing teams, and drive transformative change by building psychological safety and cultivating growth mindsets.




Tonya Echols


Tonya Echols is an internationally recognized Executive Coach, Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant, and Managing Principal of Vigere. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Director and Officer of the Professional Coaches Global Board of ICF. Tonya is an adjunct faculty member at William & Mary and a faculty member of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is also affiliated with Harvard Medical School's Institute of Coaching and is an Executive/Leadership Coach for the TED Fellows Coaching and Mentoring Initiative. With over 27 years of experience, Tonya works with Fortune 500 companies and has expertise in leadership development, coaching, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Tonya holds a master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and is a doctoral candidate in Leadership Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from William James College.


Leveraging her extensive professional experience, Tonya helps clients achieve their goals, fosters inclusive solutions, and empowers them to become impactful, transformational leaders and organizations.



Kiyasha Naidu


Kiyasha Naidu is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and versatile professional with over a decade of experience as a Project Manager in global marketing and brand experiential campaigns. Following her relocation from South Africa, to Canada, she transitioned into the recruiting world and then spent 3 years researching evidence-based approaches on what helps people thrive. In 2019, she founded Ikigai, a coaching and consulting agency to empower individuals and collectives through leadership awareness and development. Kiyasha holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce and Marketing, is an iPEC Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, COR.E Dynamics™ Specialist, Certified Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner, and Project Management Professional.


Leveraging her talent for creating structured processes, Kiyasha offers comprehensive coaching programs that fuse the power of positive psychology to enhance well-being, resilience, and performance, and evidence-based techniques in neuroscience, and mindfulness to help clients cultivate awareness, build positive habits, and achieve their desired outcomes.
