First annual ICF WA State awards gala

The First Annual ICF Washington State Annual Gala Awards Ceremony will be held to honor and celebrate selected coaches in our community. We have created the award to celebrate their gifts, their achievements and their contribution to the vision and mission of our association.

                                                                                                     
Registration includes dinner and 2 wine tickets.

Dinner Choices:

First Course

• local field greens, cherry tomatoes, English cucumber, goat cheese crostini, oregano vinaigrette
• minestrone, cannellini beans, penne, seasonal vegetables, pesto, parmesan
• little gems caesar, shaved grana padano, crostini, anchovy-parmesan
  

Second Course

• risotto, wild mushrooms, shaved grana padano, wild arugula, white truffle oil.* vegetarian ( may be available vegan as well)
• organic chicken breast, whipped potatoes, wild mushrooms, wild salmon, brussels sprouts, hills bacon, gold potatoes, baby spinach, wild arugula-walnut pesto
• grilled flat iron, roasted potatoes, shiitakes, garlic confit, caramelized shallots, black olive ’chimichurri’
  

Dessert Course

• espresso panna cotta, creme anglaise foam, house-made biscotti
• warm apple crisp, sun dried cranberries, toasted almonds, vanilla bean ice cream
• flourless chocolate cake
