The Coaching Pathway Program(CPP) started as a pilot program at ICF Washington State in 2023, offering coaches who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color, a pathway that gets them closer towards becoming ICF certified. The program arose from the chapter's efforts in elevating equity in the coaching profession and is aligned with the chapter's mission around evolving the coaching profession through programs that develop equity (amongst other qualities) so that coaches can cultivate broader societal change. More information about the CPP can be found on our website

At this event, we will highlight and celebrate the growth that the CPP cohort experienced, hear from their experiences,  from our founding team, and from our keynote speaker, Wendy Moomaw, who will be talking about empowering our coaching equity journey. More information about Wendy below.
