Clearing the Path to a Coaching Presence

Tuesday, September 17th, 2024

12:00 - 1:30 PM PDT (Virtual)

When frustration, impatience, self-doubt or other distractions hijack your coaching presence, you can miss the vital information that leads to deeper insights. Distracted thinking can cause you to half-listen, give-advice or engage in other unintended behaviors that diminish the quality of your work. Learn to refocus easily with NICE!, a distraction- management tool based in Internal Family Systems (IFS) "Parts Work" and mindfulness.

In this 90min interactive presentation led by Lynda Mettler, owner of Your Wisdom Coaching, you will discover your personal distractors, and learn simple techniques that allow you to return to an open, observant presence, no matter what arises. NICE! – notice, identify, connect, express and explore – can be executed anytime, anywhere you need to focus.
