Jan Berg will present Voice Dialogue as a process that supports the Core Competencies of coaching presence, powerful questioning, creating awareness and designing actions. She will do a brief demonstration so that coaches can observe the process in action and she will guide the collective in their own Voice Dialogue process to access their personal inner promoters. She will provide written guidelines and suggestions for coaches to further exploration of their promoters after the webinar.

You will learn how to:

  • Access your inner promotor,
  • Recognize the language of various "selves" in your coaching and your business development and,
  • Independently apply the tools of Voice Dialogue combined with coaching to build internal alignment and energy for your clients.

About Our Speaker
Jan Berg, PCC

Jan is a creative synthesizer who uses her life's experiences and varied skills to catalyze her clients to focus on what they want - and go for it. She is gentle, playful and supportive; encouraging, insightful and exacting; she powerfully expects the best, and she won't give up until her clients get what they want. Jan's clients are professionals, parents, business owners, coaches, counselors and people in transitions - especially those ready to change their relationship with work.

Jan and BJ Levy have been teaching coaches to use Voice Dialogue in their coaching since 2001. They have found it to be a rapid entry to places of stuckness and invisible thinking/beliefs that amplifies the coaching process as it deepens client awareness and self-efficacy, leading to more creative, attractive actions. Coaches develop greater presence and deeper skills in listening, staying in curiosity, and asking spontaneous powerful questions.
