Coaching in organizations can seem a daunting undertaking, one that many coaches forego for a variety of reasons. Join Marina Osnagi, the first MCC in Italy and founder of an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program there, as she invites you to examine your reasons for not working within organizations and see the possibility for a different path in your coaching.

Marina will share her inspiring personal story of how she has developed as a coach for individuals and organizations, establishing coherency between a "true coaching approach" and traditional business contexts.

Coaches will be introduced to models and frameworks that make it possible to work with freedom and potential, either with individual clients or in companies, expanding their own businesses and at the same time working in the ICF coaching paradigm despite resistance and cultural differences.

At minimum you'll take away:
  • How to easily approach the organizational issue of remaining focused on the objective throughout the engagement until a concrete achievement is attained
  • The "welcome approach": how to dissipate resistance and barriers through a simple concept and powerful questions that allow your client to gain more awareness
  • Different approaches to deal with the "intangible": confronting the very "tangible" approach of organizations

About Our Speaker 
Marina Osnagi, MCC

Marina has particular capability in integrating herself quickly and easily in multiple and multicultural different scenarios. Her preparation helps her in leading clients on the path of real change, for better behaviours, methods and effectiveness. One of the main aspects of her work is the capability to create “Tailor Made” projects in order to satisfy every need of the client she works with. In this last years Marina had the possibility to work with many italian and international companies and leaders in various fields of activity.

First in Italy to be qualified as MCC, Master certified coach from ICF , in 2003 become president of the Italian coach Federation

She opened her own Professional coaching school in 2009 and she is developing her own coaching method  called “Professional Coaching™”

Her long experience allows her to project and lead many complex organizational projects.

•       Licensed to use numerous psychometric instruments, including MBTI, MRG 360 degree and the complete set of instrument from Decision Dynamics assessments (Career Profile, Culture Fit, Decision Style, 360 degrees, Culture Fit)

•       Licensed to teach the use of the complete set of instrument from Decision Dynamics assessments (Career Profile, Culture Fit, Decision Style, 360 degrees, Culture Fit)

•       Qualified by Moody International, as Quality System manager in organizations for UNI-EN-ISO 9000-2000
