Melissa Castro is an ICF-Associate Certified Coach, consultant, and the author of Intrinsic Leadership, a game-changing guide for Millennials ready to take charge of their lives. With over a decade of experience in leadership and organizational development, Melissa has worked with members of Congress, top philanthropists, and organizations across multiple sectors, always bringing her bold, no-nonsense approach to drive meaningful change.
Intrinsic Leadership was born from Melissa’s journey through burnout and self-discovery, inspiring her to create a resource that empowers others to reclaim their influence, align with their values, and lead confidently.
She holds a master’s in organizational and change leadership and multiple coaching credentials and certifications in psychological safety, mental fitness, and team development.
Melissa lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, Pablo, their four dogs—Violet, Ivy, Timber, and Willow—and a small flock of chickens.
