Moreah Vestan, Non-Violent Communication Facilitator and Coach will give her presentation:

CONNECTING COMPASSIONATELY

Do you have clients who are Angry? Sad? Scared? Confused? Do your clients long for more satisfying results when they communicate with others?

Come learn and practice the skill of Compassion, based on Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication (NVC). You’ll learn NVC skills to use in your own life, and tips on how you can share those with your clients so that they benefit as well.

When we see that everyone does whatever they do to try to meet a need, it’s easier to connect with their need instead of reacting. The result of connecting with compassion is that our interactions become more about understanding and feeling heard around what’s important, whether we're with a client, partner, friend, or coworker.

The ICF-WA Seattle Satellite group meets on the 3rd (or sometimes 2nd) Mondays of each month, to create a stimulating environment for mutual learning, development, and community building. We suggest a $5 facility donation per person per meeting.

Ample free street parking available.
