Conflict coaching is a set of skills and strategies used to support people's ability to engage in, manage, and productively resolve conflict.

In this session we'll focus on the 2 main questions:

  • How can you empower your coaching clients when they are in a conflict situation?
  • How can you become more comfortable with conflict in general?

Henrieta Riesco is a Career Coach and a founder of Intentional Career. She works with students and professionals on goals related to building a fulfilling career, specializing on career transitions. Currently, she's also gaining experience as a Conflict Coach via Bellevue Neighborhood Mediation Program. She's excited to share her lessons learned from her experience as well as the training received around conflict resolution and mediation.
