About Coaching Supervision:

Coaching Supervision is getting more and more attention in ICF. The interest began more in the UK than here at home, but we’re beginning to catch up. The word “supervision” is off-putting to some people, but when it is written this way, “super – VISION”   people begin to realize that this aspect of coaching is about increasing the coach’s ability to see all that is happening in coaching – in the client, in themselves, in the context around the coach, and so on.

To help our community understand supervision, Sam Magill, MBA, MCC, and Fran Fisher will team up on June 10 to demonstrate real, live supervision in action. Following the demonstration, Sam will share insights gained from studying coaching supervision at the Coaching Supervision Academy in the UK and teaching for them in France. Fran will share her own experiences of using supervision for her own coaching.
