At our next Eastside ICF meeting, we will be doing  a book discussion of Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg's leadership book Lean In: Women, Work and the Will to Lead. This is actually a pretty quick read. A couple of additional resources around this book:

  • http://leanin.org/book/  (contains several videos of "experts" on various topics such as stereotypes, negotiations and  story-telling. There are also real examples of "Lean In" stories.)

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=18uDutylDa4  (Sheryl Sandberg's 2010 TED talk on the same topic, in case you want to see what she sounds like or listen to her while you do dishes instead of reading the whole book.)
