Join us for a celebration recognizing local organizations nominated for a Prism Award. The Prism Award is the epitome of what professional coaching can accomplish at the organizational level. Organizations nominated for a Prism Award have utilized best practices in implementing coaching initiatives that are aligned with ICF standards, integrated with business strategy, embedded into the fabric of the organization, and focused on results.

The evening will include best practice sharing by the Prism Award nominees and a guest speaker providing organizational coaching insights. There will be delicious food catered by FareStart Restaurant including appetizers and a three course meal, networking with others from the community, and the presentation of the Prism Award. Come share in the fun and participate in an event honoring the coaching profession. This is an exciting opportunity to recognize the excellent work that has been done by ICF Washington State coaches and local organizations.
