Why identify a niche? How does it help you serve your clients, build a relationship with them, and develop products and services that help them grow? Or, is niche identification limiting, defining your audience too narrowly and short circuiting your opportunities to connect with those you're most suited to serve?
Niche identification is really one part of a larger question about the message you intend to communicate through your business, and its impact on the world. Though it may seem counter intuitive, when you clearly articulate your deeper message, you create a solid foundation that guides all decisions about your audience, what you offer, why you offer it, and how you reach them.
