2023 was a very active and productive year. We put out 72 events, with over 1720 people registering. We enhanced our coaching equity efforts (see our Equity Work). Our Communities programs grew and formed the Action Cafés, where coaches who attend monthly Coaches Cafés come together to put ideas into action. We also invested in developing our board of directors, and a lot of behind the scenes work to enable the chapter to run smoothly (see the last row "Board of Directors" in the "2023 at a Glance" image below). Special thanks to our 2023 Board of Directors and the rest of the volunteers for making 2023 a thriving year!
